At DK Talents Group, accessible from dktalents.com and via our mobile applications (including Gold Lab Pro, Gold Test, and others), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and users. 1. Log Files (Website)

DK Talents follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.

2. Mobile Application Privacy (Android)

This section specifically applies to our mobile applications available on the Google Play Store.

A. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your Name, Email (for authentication), and business details (for invoice generation). The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

B. App Permissions

Our applications require specific permissions to function correctly. We request these permissions only when necessary:

  • Bluetooth & Location (Nearby Devices): Used to discover and connect to Thermal Printers to print physical receipts and reports. We do not use Bluetooth data to track your location or share your data.
  • Storage (Read/Write External): Required to generate, save, and share PDF Reports (Invoices/Test Results) to your device's storage so you can share them via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Internet Access: Required to authenticate users via Firebase, sync data with the cloud database, and display advertisements.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on DK Talents, which are sent directly to users' browser.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data (such as invoice history and customer records) only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may request this by contacting us at our support email. Upon request, we will remove your data from our active databases.

5. Children's Information

DK Talents does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website or app, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

6. Online Privacy Policy Only

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in DK Talents. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
