By accessing this website or downloading our mobile applications, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use DK Talents if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. License to Use Mobile App

DK Talents grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our mobile applications strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, disassemble, or derive any source code from the Application.

3. User Generated Content & Data

Our applications allow you to input, store, and manage data such as customer invoices, gold purity test results, and financial records. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and legality of your Data.

DK Talents does not own your data. However, by using the cloud sync features (Firebase), you grant us permission to store this data to provide the Service to you.

4. Disclaimer for Financial Calculations

Our applications provide tools for gold purity testing and financial calculations (e.g., invoice generation, currency conversion). While we strive for accuracy, these tools are provided for informational purposes only.

Important: DK Talents is not responsible for any financial losses, trading errors, or business discrepancies arising from the use of our calculators or tools. You should always verify calculations before processing actual financial transactions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, DK Talents Group and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website and our Mobile Applications.
