Refund Policy

At DK Talents, we are committed to providing quality digital products and services. As our products are delivered electronically and payment is processed instantly, we have specific policies regarding refunds. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

  • All products sold through DK Talents, our partner apps & any order placing systems are digital in nature and are delivered electronically upon successful payment. All orders are instantly procceed upon submission of successful payment receipts.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
  • User is responsible for selecting their desired products, packages and offers. All details are provided about selected product, it is whole responsibility of user to make sure to select the package and read complete details about it before placing an order. Once an order is completed, it cannot be reversed, returned or refunded. As products are sold as is by our partner and relevent companies we have no control over how they behave or user expect a product to function.
  • Misunderstanding due to description of product not being understood by user will be sole responsibility of user.
  • No completed order can be returned, reversed or refunded in any case.

2. Instant Payment

  • Payments for all digital products are processed immediately upon order placement.
  • Once a payment has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation, and the product will be accessible for download or usage.
  • As the product is made available instantly after payment, refunds are not possible after the purchase is completed.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect product selection made by the customer.
  • Failure to download or access the product due to technical issues unrelated to our platform (e.g., internet connection problems).
  • Incompatibility issues with third-party software or systems unless explicitly stated in the product description.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are generally not offered, we do consider exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 48 hours with proof of the duplicate transaction. We will assess the case and, if valid, may issue a refund for the duplicate order.
  • Product delivery issues: In the rare event that you do not receive access to your digital product after payment, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product.

5. Customer Support

  • Our team is available to assist you with any technical difficulties related to the purchase or delivery of our digital products.

6. Product Delivery Process

  • Users selects their desired product, package or offer. After selection, they place order by selecting their desired payment method.
  • User is connected with our payment team and are given list of available payment methods.
  • After making payment to given payment method, user must verify their payment receipt to the connected team.
  • Payment confirmation can be done either via sharing payment receipt, transaction id (if same payment platform) or user’s payment name (if possible to confirm by receiving side).
  • After payment is verified, team approves and releases the selected order to user instantly.
  • If order is delayed due to any technical issue regarding the company’s order system, user can opt-in to wait or request refund as soon as order is not released.
  • Some order migth require additional wait of approval which can cause order to be delayed from 30 minutes to 60 minutes and such orders will be delivered either by email or user’s given instant messaging platform contact.
  • Users must wait for completion of such orders where there delivery time is mentioned separately in description.
